The villa is fully furnished with exclusive natural wood furniture, as well as high-quality modern appliances. All windows have electric shutters. The floor in all rooms of the house is made of natural stone. On each floor of the villa there is a spacious terrace for relaxing with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
For heating in winter, a floor heating system (hot water circulation under pump pressure), 3 wood-burning fireplaces (a separate fireplace on each floor) is provided. Also, the villa is equipped with a centralized air conditioning and ventilation system, solar electric panels are installed. A video surveillance system and motion sensors, as well as fire alarm sensors have been installed. Around the perimeter of the house is equipped with outdoor lighting throughout the local area.
