Apartments are offered for sale in a premium gated residential complex in the Tudorovići–Blizikuće area, located in the southeastern part of the Budva Riviera.

Construction began on September 15, 2026, with completion and handover scheduled for December 2027. An installment plan spanning 1.5 years is available during the construction period, requiring a 30% down payment.

A parking space is included in the price of each apartment. Additionally, a garage is available for purchase at a cost of €25,000.
