A project for the construction of a tourist facility has been developed for the presented plot.
The project provides for the construction of three residential buildings of different typologies. Two identical buildings, larger in size (number of storeys Po+P+1+Pk), and between them there is a smaller building with number of storeys Po+P+1.
Each large building has 4 residential units: 2 duplexes with direct access from the sidewalk and 2 studios on the attic floor, accessible from the ground floor by a separate staircase.
